Social Media Release
Anika loves sharing the energy of her classes. This release explains how photos and videos from Island Sculpt may be used, and how to opt out.
1) Photos, Video & Audio
I understand the Trainer may take photographs, video, and/or audio recordings during Island Sculpt and related activities.
2) Consent & License
I grant the Trainer and Nani Soul Fit permission to use my image, likeness, voice, and name in photos, videos, and recordings for lawful promotional purposes, including posting on social media (such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube), the Nani Soul website, newsletters, ads, and marketing materials, without compensation.
I grant the Trainer a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, and distribute this content.
3) Tagging & Handles
If I provide my Instagram handle on the registration form, the Trainer may tag or credit me in related posts. I may ask not to be tagged at any time.
4) Editing & Approval
Content may be edited, cropped, or combined with other material. I do not have the right to review or approve content before it is published, and I do not own or receive payment for content created at the event.
5) Opting Out of Being Featured
If I do not want to be featured, I will tell the Trainer at check-in (or beforehand by direct message to @anikamoves_ on Instagram). The Trainer will make reasonable efforts to keep me out of frame. Opting out does not affect my ability to participate in the class.
6) Revoking Permission
I may revoke permission for future use by written request (including a direct message to @anikamoves_ on Instagram). I understand that revocation cannot apply retroactively to content that has already been published or distributed.
7) Release of Claims
I release the Trainer and Nani Soul Fit from claims arising from the use of this content as described above, including claims relating to privacy, publicity, or compensation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8) Electronic Acceptance & Governing Law
By checking the agreement box on the registration form and submitting it, I agree that my electronic acceptance has the same effect as a handwritten signature. This release is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and if any portion is found unenforceable, the remaining portions remain in full force and effect.
